Description: 1 The CPC series 1 and 2 cable mounting housings of TE Connectivity are designed to provide a fast, safe, and convenient connection system, with fixed screw tightening coupling rings available in standard and low-density variants. The circular configuration of the contacts ensures efficient use of the board space. TE Connectivity CPS is made of high-quality thermoplastic casing for a sturdy design, particularly suitable for long-term use. ###TE Connectivity CPC plastic series 1, 2, and 3 lightweight fiber filled nylon compression end connectors are suitable for process control and transportation purposes. There are three types of connector housings: fixed sockets, free (direct insertion) sockets, and cable mounting plugs. All are configured with pins or sockets. The free socket can be directly connected to the cable installation plug. The rated voltage is all 250V AC, and the rated temperature is -55 ° C to+105 ° C. The insulation resistance is ≥ 5000M Ω. The 1 series provides standard density. The 2 series has a higher contact density, while the 3 series has a lower contact density, making it suitable for power applications. For detailed information on contacts and tools, please refer to other series of AMP CPC contacts and tools. Series 1 offers sealed attachments to achieve IP65 protection level. Fixed sockets require flange sealing. For cable installation enclosures, please use standard 1 series enclosures in conjunction with cable entry sealing. The rated current of the 3 series connector is 35A, using pin contacts with inventory numbers 282-6292 (16-12awg) and 282-6309 (10-8awg), as well as socket contacts with inventory numbers 282-6315 (16-12awg) and 282-6321 (10-8awg). Please also note that the sealing tube adapter back shell can connect any standard PG threaded cable sealing tube to the corresponding CPC cable or panel mounting housing.
